7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AEREOS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF AEREOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AEREOS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
